Ordered a balloon gift for my son's birthday and it arrived on time. The product was just as described on the website, and I was really pleased with it. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the personalised message card was missing. We had written a fun clue for the sender, and we were disappointed not to find it when we opened the package. But then we discovered it tucked between the layers of the box, which had been taped together to fit the large balloon. So, for future reference, it would be helpful to make sure that the message card is more easily located. Despite this, I would definitely use this business again, as my son loved his surprise gift!

The balloons were delivered on the expected date and were well packaged. Unfortunately, there was an issue with one of the balloons, but the Inter Balloon Customer Service team responded quickly and efficiently to resolve the problem. While there wasn't enough time for a replacement to be sent, a satisfactory solution was reached. Overall, the customer would not hesitate to use Inter Balloon again and recommend it to others.
